Welcome to Gigbase!


These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gigbase, a platform designed to help freelancers and small agencies manage clients, projects, finances, meetings, contracts, invoices, and more. By signing up for an account or using Gigbase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Terms

a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Gigbase.


b. Account Creation: You must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.


c. Account Usage: You agree to use Gigbase for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.


d. Account Responsibility: You’re responsible for all actions under your account credentials. Notify us of unauthorized access immediately.


e. Business Use: You confirm you’re using the Services for business purposes—not personal, household, or family use.


f. Email Communications: You agree that your provided email will be the primary method of communication.


g. Password Security: Keep your password secure. Gigbase is not liable for any loss due to unauthorized access.


h. User Content: You are responsible for all content and activity related to your account ("Materials").


i. Violations: A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination at our discretion.

2. Services

Gigbase provides digital tools to manage business operations like client communications, project tracking, and financial management. New features may be added and are also subject to these Terms.

3. User Content

a. Ownership: You retain ownership of all content uploaded or created using Gigbase.


b. License: You grant us a non-exclusive license to access, process, and display your content as needed to operate the Services.


c. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your content.

4. Fees and Payments

a. Pricing: Some Services require payment. All fees are clearly displayed during signup and on our pricing page.


b. Billing: Charges are made based on your selected billing cycle. Additional charges may apply.


c. Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Privacy and Data Protections

Your use of Gigbase is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal and business data and use it solely to deliver services.

6. Agreement to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile number, you agree that Gigbase (via SimpleTexting or similar SMS platform providers) may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages for updates, reminders, promotions, deals, and other service-related purposes.


  • You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
  • To unsubscribe, reply STOP to (833) 610-1906. A confirmation message may follow.
  • For assistance, reply HELP to (833) 610-1906.
  • Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.
  • U.S. participating carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, and others.
  • T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • You agree to notify us of changes to your mobile number.


Data collected in connection with this SMS service may include your phone number, carrier, message content, and time/date information. This data may be used to deliver requested services and maintain compliance.


Gigbase reserves the right to modify or terminate the SMS service at any time without notice.


Note: While Gigbase does not charge for SMS messages, standard messaging rates from your mobile provider may apply. Please contact your provider with questions about your messaging plan.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Gigbase to:


  • Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.


  • Upload or distribute malicious software.


  • Violate intellectual property or other legal rights.

8. Termination and Suspension

a. By User: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.


b. By Gigbase: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or other applicable policies.


c. Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be terminated with prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gigbase is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gigbase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Gigbase Affiliate Program Terms

Gigbase offers an Affiliate Program that allows users to earn commissions for referring new subscribers. By participating in the Gigbase Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

10.1 Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn 30% lifetime commissions on all paid subscriptions referred through their unique affiliate link.


  • There is no limit to the amount an affiliate can earn.


  • Commissions are paid on active, paying subscribers only. If a user cancels or receives a refund, no commission is earned.

10.2 Cookie Duration & Attribution

  • Gigbase uses a 60-day tracking cookie to determine affiliate attribution.


  • If a referred user signs up within 60 days of clicking an affiliate link, the commission is awarded to the referring affiliate.


  • If multiple affiliates refer the same user, the last referring affiliate receives the commission.

10.3 Payment Terms

  • Affiliate commissions are paid monthly via PayPal, Wise, or other supported payment methods.


  • A minimum payout threshold of $100 applies.


  • Payments may be subject to tax withholding and reporting, as required by law. Affiliates earning over $600 per year (U.S. affiliates) must submit a W-9 form for tax reporting purposes.

10.4 Affiliate Conduct & Compliance

  • Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Gigbase when promoting our services (FTC compliance).


  • No spam, misleading promotions, or fraudulent activity is allowed.


  • Self-referrals are not permitted. Affiliates cannot earn commissions on their own accounts.


  • Affiliates may not bid on the "Gigbase" brand name in paid ads or use deceptive marketing.

10.5 Termination & Violations

  • Gigbase reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account and withhold commissions for fraudulent or non-compliant activity.


  • If an affiliate violates these terms, commissions earned may be forfeited.

10.6 Program Modifications

  • Gigbase reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.


  • Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or their affiliate dashboard.

11. Changes to the Terms

Gigbase may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes through your account or via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

a. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, and the United States of America.


b. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Louisiana.
